I've been helping women tackle clutter in their households for almost a decade, and am passionate about our work together, dialing in on what lights them up and guiding them to create the life that supports that passion, interest, business and/or hobby.  We find that all those things are buried under clutter. So how about it, shall we build a life without obstacles to the real things that matter?

I offer local in-person and online life & clutter coaching. I call it Life Harmony Coaching.

My coaching support is for you if:

• you have a desire to start acting on your business idea but you are stopped in your tracks because your dedicated home office is either in total disarray or non-existent.

• you want to grow in your career and have thriving relationships, but your energy is zapped from constant tidying, managing physical items, and shuffling around paper and mail clutter.

• you spend most of your waking hours serving everyone else (at work and in your family) that you rarely check into and get in touch with your own needs and desires.

• you forgot what it was like to have something that you do just for you.

• you chuckle (or have a break down) whenever someone suggests me-time or self-care. Because what is that really, and that's a lot of effort. Not to mention...when you finally get an hour to yourself you have no idea how to use it...you just end up scrolling.
